Sheila Cadogan
Sheila was admitted to Bar in 2004 and holds qualifications in Trade and Investment Law (LLM) and diplomas in Competition Law; Capital Markets and Legal Documentation, and the Legal Aspects of Public-Private Partnerships among others.
Before entering private practice, she worked as a policy analyst and was involved in innovative projects on climate change and energy e.g., together with a team of economists and tax experts from OECD she assisted the South African government in the formulation of its renewable energy feed-in tariff (REFIT) policy paper. She also authored a seminal paper prepared for COP 16 on Financing Solutions to Climate Change in Sub- Saharan Africa: Towards an Assessment of Institutional and Market Challenges.
